Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We offer free estimates based on information you provide online. If a site visit is needed—or if you request one—our trip fee applies. For jobs over $1,000, the trip fee is credited toward your final invoice.

What is your minimum service charge?

Our trip fee is $110, which will often cover a .

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We carry $2 million in liability insurance and are licensed to operate in the areas we serve.

What types of jobs do you take on?

We handle a wide range of handyman and home maintenance work, including:

  • Plumbing repairs

  • Drywall patching

  • Electrical fixture installation

  • Door and trim replacement

We don’t do roofing, major painting projects, or anything above 15 feet.

How quickly can you schedule my project?

Timing depends on the type of work and our current availability. Most jobs are scheduled within 1–2 weeks, and smaller jobs can often be fit in sooner.

How can I pay?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and some digital payment options. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $110 cancellation fee, as we reserve time in our schedule specifically for you.

What's your hourly rate?

We don’t charge by the hour. Instead, we offer fair market value pricing based on the scope of work. This ensures you know the cost up front and don’t have to worry about how long the job takes. We believe in working efficiently—not watching the clock.
